Follow-back does not guarantee lasting followers or interest in your posts. The screenshots below show examples of requests on TikTok and KakaoTalk; they are not evidence of growth or a recommendation to exchange follows in bulk.
If you introduce your Instagram profile on TikTok, explain what you post. Do not promise a follow in return or repeatedly post the same request. The screenshot shows a follow-back request, not a verified growth result.

An Instagram ID in a comment is not permission for repeated messages. Look at the account and follow only if you want to see its content; nobody owes a follow-back.

The screenshot shows an open-chat search for follow-back. Before joining a room, read its rules and consider whether its subject interests you. Avoid rooms that require mass following or account credentials.

Share only information you are comfortable making visible to room members. A shared ID does not require you to follow everyone, and another person may decline or later unfollow.

TrackFollows compares follower and following lists from the files you supply. A “not following back” result describes that data, not who recently unfollowed, why someone left, or how to gain followers. Review individual profiles before making a decision; this tool does not automate follows or promise growth.
