By accessing and using TrackFollows, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
TrackFollows provides a web-based tool that allows users to analyze their Instagram follower data to identify unfollowers, mutual followers, and follow dates. Your original Instagram files are analyzed locally in your device’s browser.
3. Privacy and Data Security
Original Instagram files, account names, and follower lists are not sent to a server for analysis. See the Privacy Policy for the handling of service usage and error diagnostics, and data processed by third-party advertising services.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining your own Instagram data and ensuring you have the right to access and analyze it. TrackFollows is not affiliated with Instagram and using our service should comply with Instagram's Terms of Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TrackFollows, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and code, are the exclusive property of TrackFollows and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitations of Liability
TrackFollows is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue TrackFollows or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
